Section 01

Research Use Only

“Research use only” means the product is supplied for controlled laboratory research purposes only. It is not supplied for human consumption, veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, supplement use, or any other consumer use.

Depending on the product, available formats may include premixed pen format, 3ml cartridge format, premixed vial format, and raw powder vial format. Availability can vary by product, strength, and stock status.

Section 03

Documentation & COA

Documentation records can be searched on the Testing & Documentation page. Where available, product pages may also include a direct “View COA” button that opens the matching record.

Not always. Documentation records are labelled clearly, for example as COA Available, Manufacturer Docs, Pending Review, or Not Published. We do not display purity results, testing lab details, test dates, or PDF links unless they are supported by the relevant documentation.

“Manufacturer Docs” means manufacturer or supplier documentation is available or referenced for that product record. It should not be treated as the same as an independently published third-party COA unless the record specifically says so.

Yes. Please contact us with the product name, strength, order number if available, and any batch reference shown on your product or documentation record. We will review the enquiry and respond with the information available.

Section 04

Ordering & Preorders

Our 3-for-2 multibuy offer applies to selected eligible products and can be mixed and matched. When three eligible items are added, the cheapest eligible item is free. Preorder items and BAC Water are excluded from the offer.

In-stock and preorder items are kept as separate checkouts so each order is clearer to process, dispatch, and track. This helps keep fulfilment more organised for both the buyer/researcher and R&R Research.

If you would like both in-stock and preorder items, please place them as separate orders. In-stock orders can then move through dispatch separately, while preorder items remain linked to their own preorder timeframe.

“Preorder Available” means the selected item is not intended for immediate dispatch, but can be ordered ahead of availability. Any estimated timeframe should be checked on the product page or in order updates.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may only be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment, changes may not be possible.

R&R Research Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our product prices. The total payable is shown at checkout before an order is placed.

Section 05

Dispatch & Shipping

In-stock orders placed before 12pm UK time on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day.

Preorder items usually take around 2–4 weeks longer to dispatch, depending on how long it takes for us to receive and process the incoming product.

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking details will be provided once the order has been fulfilled.

Carrier delays can occur. If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Section 06

Storage & Handling

Products are stored according to internal handling requirements before dispatch. Where a product has specific storage requirements, these should be reviewed on the relevant product page, product label, or documentation record where available.

Check the parcel, product name, selected format, strength, and any visible batch or documentation reference. If anything appears incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We may provide product and documentation information where appropriate, but buyers are responsible for ensuring products are handled only by suitably informed persons within lawful and appropriate research settings.

Section 07

Returns & Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may only be possible before the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Returns may be restricted due to product type, storage requirements, condition, packaging, and dispatch status. Please review the store policies and contact us before attempting to return any item.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, product label, and the issue identified. We will review the information and respond with the next steps.
