All products supplied by R&R Research Ltd are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not supplied as medicines, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or products for human or veterinary consumption.
Shipping Policy
UK dispatch and delivery.
R&R Research Ltd currently dispatches orders within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed outside the United Kingdom cannot currently be fulfilled.
UK Shipping Only
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders using non-UK delivery addresses may be cancelled.
Free Shipping
Free UK shipping is available on eligible orders of £150 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Dispatch Window
Eligible UK in-stock orders placed before the weekday dispatch cutoff may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on bank holidays will usually move to the next available working dispatch window.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier availability, bank holidays, service disruption, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for delivery, this may delay dispatch or delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are limited after delivery.
Due to the nature of research supply products and the importance of product integrity, R&R Research Ltd does not offer voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been received, unless there is a confirmed issue with the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us promptly and we will try to cancel the order before it leaves us.
After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges where product integrity, storage, seal condition, handling, or suitability for resale cannot be confirmed.
Damaged or Defective
If an item arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs, packaging images, and a clear description of the issue.
Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong item, wrong product specification, wrong format, or an incomplete order, contact us promptly so we can review and arrange a suitable resolution.
Where a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item is reported, R&R Research Ltd may request photographs, packaging images, batch/lot details, and any other reasonable proof needed to verify the issue before approving a replacement, refund, or return.
Approved Resolutions
Where an issue is verified, we may arrange a replacement, correction, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping Costs
If R&R Research Ltd asks for an item to be returned because it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise approved for review, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by R&R Research Ltd.
Do Not Dispose
Please do not dispose of the product, packaging, labels, or delivery materials until we have reviewed the issue and confirmed the next step.
Unapproved Returns
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted, especially where the issue cannot be verified or product integrity cannot be confirmed.
Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be reviewed based on the order circumstances, product condition, available proof, and applicable consumer rights. Refunds, where approved, will normally be made to the original payment method.
Preorder Policy
Preorders are handled separately from live stock.
Some products may be offered as preorder items when live stock is unavailable or when future supply is being arranged. Preorder items are not the same as in-stock items and may have longer fulfilment timelines.
Separate Orders
To keep dispatch clear, preorder items should be ordered separately from in-stock items. The cart may prevent mixed preorder and in-stock checkout.
Estimated Timelines
Any preorder timing shown is an estimate and may change due to supplier timelines, courier delays, documentation review, or stock processing.
Preorder Pricing
Preorder pricing or discounts may differ from live stock pricing and may be changed, removed, or updated for future preorder windows.
Updates
Customers may contact R&R Research Ltd for preorder status updates. We aim to communicate material changes where practical.
Research Use Terms
Products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, customers confirm that products are being considered or purchased only for laboratory research and analytical purposes.
No Human Use
Products are not supplied for human consumption, administration, dosing, injection, treatment, enhancement, bodybuilding, or personal use.
No Veterinary Use
Products are not supplied for veterinary consumption, administration, treatment, or animal use.
No Medical Advice
R&R Research Ltd does not provide medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, administration, protocol, or suitability advice.
Buyer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their intended activity is lawful, appropriate, supervised where required, and compliant with all applicable rules and standards.
R&R Research Ltd reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict enquiries and orders where compliance expectations, buyer suitability, or intended research purpose cannot be reasonably established.
Documentation & COA Policy
Documentation is displayed honestly where available.
R&R Research Ltd requests and reviews supplier documentation where available. Our longer-term goal is to expand toward batch-by-batch independent testing as order volume and testing budget allow.
COA Library
Batch documentation can be viewed through the COA Library where records are available.
Status Labels
Records may be labelled as COA Available, Manufacturer Docs, Pending Review, or Not Published.
No Unsupported Claims
We do not claim that every batch has a published independent COA unless that documentation is actually available.
Support Products
Manufacturer-sealed support products may rely on manufacturer or supplier documentation rather than independent third-party testing unless specifically stated.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for enabled contact-form and WhatsApp-link checks to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser, device and network to perform this check. Our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare; it does not send your enquiry text or contact details as part of that verification. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Some of our service providers may process or make personal information accessible outside the United Kingdom. Where this involves an international transfer of personal information, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection law.
